Selection Procedure Note

This is an overview of the information available for Soudhamini and how to best use it to select your apartment.

Master Plan: It contains the general layout of the site indicating different areas including the residential blocks, amenities block, landscape, location map and major highlights of the community. In Phase I of development, blocks A, B C, D and S will be built. In Phase II of development, blocks E, F, G and H will be built. Every block has an independent, disabled-friendly access with a dedicated lift, and is isolated from the adjoining block to maximize ventilation, sunlight and connect to nature. Note that the final landscape and amenities design is in process and might differ slightly in the location of amenities and exact landscaping features.

Overview & Community Highlights: Quite a bit of thought and effort has gone into making this first Art of Living Community a very unique development. A few of the salient design and functional features are highlighted in this document. We would love your feedback and suggestions on this, and wherever possible will incorporate the same.

Typical Block-wise Floor Plans: Typical floor plans for the five main TYPES of units - Studio, Studio+, 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK are shown block-wise. Some variants of these types are now available including

  • a limited number of top-floor units have an option of an exclusive terrace and 100sft covered penthouse (PH)
  • a few of the ground floor units can have a private garden (PG)
  • some of the 2BHK and larger units have either a servant room (SR) or a servant toilet (ST).

These units also still follow the same basic UNIT FLOOR PLAN for that type.
